Anyone wishing to come see our horses is welcome to do so. Please notify us in advance to make arrangements for time.
- All of our Miniature Horses are double registered AMHA and AMHR, unless otherwise noted.
- Our horses are on a regular vaccination, worming, hoof care and dental care program.
- Deposits are non-refundable (minimum of $200.00) unless otherwise stated in a written contact.
- Buyers are responsible for the cost of the coggins test and health paper (if buyer requires these items and unless otherwise stated in a written contract).
- We welcome pre-purchase exams by a licensed veterinarian. The buyer is responsible for all pre-purchase exam fees.
- Payment plans may be offered (based on approval) with a minimum $200.00
non-refundable deposit to hold sale horse(s).
- No horses will be allowed to leave the farm premises until payment is received in full.
- Prices are subject to change and/or horses can be withdrawn from the sales list without
prior notice.
- Indian Run Farms reserves the right to refuse any sale.
- Horses are sold "AS IS" unless otherwise stated in a written contract.
- Shipping arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer, unless other arrangements
are made as part of the sale. We can recommend qualified and reputable
shippers/haulers. We will also furnish all necessary transport paperwork (coggins and
health certificates) for horses sold in the US. International buyers are responsible for
transport, quarantine and any other related paperwork.
